What does Delta 8 do?

Similar to CBD and other cannabinoids, D8 interacts with your body via your Endocannabinoid System (ECS).

Interacting with your CB1 Receptors, the primary Endocannabinoid receptor found in your central nervous system. This is where your neuroreceptor binds with Delta-9 and is responsible for the psychoactive effects of traditional marijuana.

CB2 receptors are the primary Endocannabinoid Receptor found in the immune system. This portion of your ECS goes throughout your entire body and plays a part in the regulation of inflammation and pain.

Because Delta 8 can interact with both CB1 and CB2 receptors, it’s believed to have far-reaching therapeutic benefits. D8 isn’t new, we’ve known about it for decades, but we still don’t know everything there is to learn about its benefits.
